Mr. Whiting was incredible and extremely helpful. He was very reliable and always on point with everything. He was always available and easy to work with. His knowledge and expertise made this process so much more easier and smoother for me. I would Definately recommend working with him. He answered all of my questions. He would provide me with facts and his honest opinion when it comes to the pros and cons of a property based on what he noticed when he visited the property which was really helpful in making me decide on a property. He was also great at negotiating the home price when issues arised from the home inspection.

The process of selling our was a difficult process. The buyers agent/office provided poor communication on there side of the process. The final sale got delayed several times even though we did everything on our end as needed. But after all of that the sale was made and we ended up getting top dollars for our home.
