Tom was wonderful. We needed to list our house and sell within 2 weeks notice due to job relocation. We contacted Tom and he came to look at the house with all the comps for the area. We especially appreciated his transparency and realistic pricing strategies with our home. A couple days later he came back with a photographer who took amazing images of our home and the MLS was completed (with pics!) within 48 hours! We had showings for one week but with Tom's strategy could have sold the day we listed! As novice sellers, we appreciated the time Tom took to walk us through the pros and cons of all 6 (!!) offers that we had on the house. We moved out-of-state before the official signing date, and Tom could not have been more helpful with coordinating the extra steps that went into a signing where the sellers are not present. There were issues on the buyer's side during this process, and not once did it become our issue.
