Dave was a breath of fresh air throughout the whole process. He treated this process as if he was buying the home himself with the amount of care, communication, negotiation, and help/advice he gave. I knew a few things about the process but working with Dave my knowledge truly expanded and I gained much confidence with the process. I would recommend Dave to anyone on any level (big or small home) who is interested in buying a home or selling. We viewed close to 30-40+ homes and some looked good but I was a bit picky.
