We couldn’t be happier and will recommend Ben to anyone looking for a home. He knows the area well, knows the trends, the local nuances about homes based on when and where they are built. The inspector and broker he connected us to were equally excellent. His colleague Joel had a clear timeline and checklist that helped us keep on track and not miss one thing. We did not think we could get this house - but Ben advocated on our behalf, was creative about solutions, introduced us to programs that helped, and created a real win-win in which the sellers are as happy as we are. Truly exceptional, incredibly fast, effective, and really approachable and friendly.

Tom was wonderful. We needed to list our house and sell within 2 weeks notice due to job relocation. We contacted Tom and he came to look at the house with all the comps for the area. We especially appreciated his transparency and realistic pricing strategies with our home. A couple days later he came back with a photographer who took amazing images of our home and the MLS was completed (with pics!) within 48 hours! We had showings for one week but with Tom's strategy could have sold the day we listed! As novice sellers, we appreciated the time Tom took to walk us through the pros and cons of all 6 (!!) offers that we had on the house. We moved out-of-state before the official signing date, and Tom could not have been more helpful with coordinating the extra steps that went into a signing where the sellers are not present. There were issues on the buyer's side during this process, and not once did it become our issue. Tom's many years of experience really showed with how professionally he dealt with these issues and how he advised us in this time. There is NO ONE I would recommend more highly if you want to sell your home. Tom is someone that works with you every step of the way! I am sure he puts the same effort in when representing buyers!!

I loved working with Fern. She was always available to me - nights, weekends, whenever. Fern was by Buyer's Agent and represented me exceptionally. The Seller Agent wanted to add an extra charge above $1,000, but Fern was able to get the charge deleted because the other Agent never put it in writing. I will use Fern again and will recommend her to friends.

She did more than expected as well as keeping me informed about the process and very quickly responding to my concerns via email and text. She provided help and knowledge with other services involving repairs, inspections and appraisal. She came highly recommended and I couldn’t ask for a better realtor.

Nicole was to represent both the buyer and seller, but the entire transaction favored the buyer (her sister). As the Seller she forgot important documents and the closing was a disgrace. She also did not provide any guidance on the expectations of the seller causing me the loss of much time and monies. I hope this was a lesson learned on professionalism.
