I lost a house I wanted, 14 years ago, due to my realtor being angry and aggressive on the phone with the seller's realtor. I really appreciate how level headed and professional Susan is.

She handled everything that was involved with the sale of my house including the home inspection and the township requirements. She responded immediately to my phone calls and answered every question I had.
