Nathan was able to market the home in a manner that landed an amount on our sale well beyond my expectations. My father made the mistake of adding a co-owner to the title of the home. This lady and my father lived together for 35yrs, but the moment he fell ill, she did not want to help care for him. This lady thought that my father would continue to pay the mortgage and she could just live there for free since her name was not on the mortgage. My father was no longer able to remain in the home therefore the co-owner should have made the mortgage payments in order to avoid foreclosure. Along with the mortgage problem there were other barriers and obstacles that kept arising because of the co-owners greed and incompetence, but with Nathan’s help we were able to overcome those and reach a settlement that we all agreed on.
