He had good answers to every question I had, and really cared about helping me with every aspect of the preparation to sell. He always retuned my calls promptly and worked around my schedule. Whenever I needed a recommendation for any sort of contractor, he gave me several options so I could make my own choice. He organized showings effectively, and when I accepted an offer, he guided me through every aspect of the requirements for the closing. Eric went above and beyond for us on two occasions: when we bought our place a few years back and when we decided to sell it this year. Since we were no longer in the area, Eric handled pretty much everything on our behalf. This would be nice under normal circumstances but it is pretty outstanding during as stressful a time as a pandemic.
