Paul is very knowledgeable about everything involving real estate. He gave us really good suggestions for making the house marketable, including updating the kitchen, which he managed completely. Everything he suggested truly enhanced the home. We received an offer at $10,000 over the asking price just days after the video was posted and the sign went up.
