Nicole was such a wonderful and pleasant realtor to work with! She was very accommodating, flexible and responsive. She was happy to schedule showings with us whenever we asked. She gave valuable input and knowledge, which helped us find the perfect home for us. After multiple showings and a few offers in this crazy market, we could not be happier with the home and offer Nicole helped us secure!

Mike made home-buying a pleasure. He was always respectful of our time, very knowledgeable of the target market area , answering questions and providing information about homes we looked at. Once we found the perfect home, he guided us through the closing process making the transaction easy and effortless for us by explaining the steps we needed to take. Mike added that personal touch that puts homebuyers at ease , he’s honest, and knows his trade. I would highly recommend him to anyone buying or selling a home.

A J Simms knowledge of the housing market was impressive. Although no one is perfect, for the most part, her response to any phone call, text, or email was in a timely manner. Ms Simms patience with me was praiseworthy. There were days when I became so overwhelmed and was truly ready to throw in the towel and AJ, in a very calm manner "talked me off the ledge" and I commend her for that.

Irina’s opinion about my property price was on the target. House was in the contract in the first month. Price almost was not changed. All process was handled very professionally with minimum stress for us. She was always available to answer any question we had, was very knowledgeable and all experience with her as real estate specialist was excellent . We are highly satisfy with Irina’s handling our property sell process and result, and highly recommend her.
