Fida was an absolute pleasure to work with. He knew and understood the market to give us invaluable insight in the decision making process. He was able to explain and guide us with the different situations that we were presented and where we needed to make decisions. He helped us immensely in preparing the condo for sale from everything to the clearing it out, cleaning it up and making it presentable and in good repair to any potential buyer. He was even able to donate some of the things we didn't need to those that did. I always felt comfortable asking him any questions or to explain anything to me. If I asked his opinion, I felt he was always honest, upfront and professional in his response. He went above and beyond. It was my mothers house that I was selling and I live out of state, he would always check on it to make sure everything was as it should be and would even get her mail.
