Chad is an excellent person and realtor. He listens, and pays attention to what you are seeking and does everything he can to make the process comfortable. He is very knowledgeable while not hesitating to research what he doesn’t know, to make sure he is giving his client correct information. He is patient. He worked with me off and on over a year while I fluctuated on my need to purchase asap or wait a bit. All the while, he was there for me and responded appropriately with wherever my level of urgency was at the moment. With his patience and diligence, we found my house and he went out of his way to assist me in making this decision from 3000 miles away. I highly recommend him. I loved working with Fern. She was always available to me - nights, weekends, whenever. Fern was by Buyer's Agent and represented me exceptionally.
