Stacey was everything we could have hoped for in a RE agent. She took the time to listen to our needs and wants for the selling of our home. Especially since my wife and I are octogenarians and concerned we would be taken advantage of with the sale of our long time residence. The process was fairly quick and "painless" too. From the day we put the house up for sale till we closed was 38 days. This is a testament to Stacey's knowledge of the market conditions and our trust in her that made this happen so quickly. In closing, if you have a property or any other real estate needs please call Stacey. We are sure you will have the same great experience as we did.

After stumbling upon Tim through a Zillow listing, I could not be any more impressed with his expertise, poise, and ability to produce results. From the beginning, Tim was informative, caring, and made sure we were equipped with all the right knowledge to buy our first home. It is no secret that buying a home during this post-pandemic market is challenging; regardless, Tim not only exuded the patience needed when ours was growing thin, but made sure that when we found our dream home that was within our price range that we were able to execute a quick and fair deal. Tim was our armchair therapist during times of uncertainty, was timely in every bit of communication, and provided honest, expert opinions no matter what deal we were about to make. If Tim did not immediately know an answer (and believe me, we asked him a LOT of questions!) he always was able to make a quick phone call to a colleague within The Collective to provide us with the most accurate, up-to-date information. Not only did we entrust Tim to purchase our home, but he was also able to then help us sell our family member's home in a very quick manner while maximizing our overall profits. If you have any reservation about whether to choose Tim as your next realtor, take this from someone who is always skeptical of reviews--You found him.

Alan was amazing to work with throughout our home buying process that even included having to get out of another property with an inspection contingency. Alan gave us so much time at all hours and really helped the process go as smoothly as possible. He really helped us out with recommendations and assistance during the bidding war that we had for the property that we purchased. We are so thankful and happy with everything that Alan did to help get us into our forever home.
