This was my 1st venture in buying a property. Shcarra was quite knowledgeable and took time to explain things to me, in layman's terms. I felt comfortable expressing thing I had need for and things I did not want to deal with. I was a pain. My overall experience was great. Time-consuming. But a good experience, nonetheless. Because Shcarra was so patient, I have and will, in the future, recommend friends and/ or social acquaintances.
