Tim was our armchair therapist during times of uncertainty, was timely in every bit of communication, and provided honest, expert opinions no matter what deal we were about to make. If Tim did not immediately know an answer (and believe me, we asked him a LOT of questions!) he always was able to make a quick phone call to a colleague within The Collective to provide us with the most accurate, up-to-date information. Not only did we entrust Tim to purchase our home, but he was also able to then help us sell our family member's home in a very quick manner while maximizing our overall profits. If you have any reservation about whether to choose Tim as your next realtor, take this from someone who is always skeptical of reviews--You found him.

Meghan was amazing to work with. We had been looking for a home with very narrow and specific criteria, and we started working with Meghan because we had heard she was the person who could make it happen!
