Their marketing mailings were so effective and informative that I kept several years of them for future reference, “just in case.” And that need recently occurred, with a highly successful sale which closed this past Friday, having been on the market for only 13 days despite the brutal winter weather in early February. Michael is a seasoned professional having the respect and trust of not only me as his client, but other real estate professionals and industry consultants as well. Newtown Township personnel speak of him with high regard, not a small achievement in itself.
