Nicole was to represent both the buyer and seller, but the entire transaction favored the buyer (her sister). As the Seller she forgot important documents and the closing was a disgrace. She also did not provide any guidance on the expectations of the seller causing me the loss of much time and monies. I hope this was a lesson learned on professionalism.

Meghan was amazing to work with. She also helped us sell our previous home, which could have been very challenging as we put it on the market when we had just come home with a newborn. She did an amazing job and not only helping us sell our house quickly, but also surpassed all expectations of what we’d sell it for. As first time sellers, we expected it to be a challenging process and it couldn’t have been easier. On top of all that Meghan has done for us, we just really enjoyed working with her - we would highly recommend Meghan!

We worked with Mike to sell our home and buy a new home, and we had a great experience. Mike listened and understood what we wanted, even when we weren’t exactly sure what we wanted. He really understands the housing market and how to help Buyers and Sellers. His anaylsis of pricing and market trends was always on point. He knew the value of our house and got us an amazing price. Not only did we entrust Tim to purchase our home, but he was also able to then help us sell our family member's home in a very quick manner while maximizing our overall profits. If you have any reservation about whether to choose Tim as your next realtor, take this from someone who is always skeptical of reviews--You found him.
