We are thankful to have had Aylan as a realtor. He was a great person and very comptent agent. He helped us purchasing an amazing property recently when we almost lost hope finding the right one. We met him at the right time when we felt lost, surrounded with doubts having a lot of questions but no answers. He took his time to understand what we were hunting for. With his knowledge of the market and his expertise, he came with an answer to every question clearing all doubts making the whole process looks easy and smooth. He assisted us on every step making sure we understood what we were singing. We lived in our property for the last few months and we always feel that’s exactly what we were looking for, which won’t happen without your help, so thank you Aylan for turning our dream to reality. We will definitely reconsider you in the future. I highly recommend Aylan for buying or selling properties, he is the best!!

Very easy to get in touch with. Great at explaining concepts especially with us being first time home buyers. Would recommend to anyone!

Ruth's market knowledge, communication skills, and level of professionalism are outstanding. She made sure I understood everything that was going on during the sale, and she made sure I had every piece of paper I needed for closing. Having Ruth by my side during this process was so helpful. She knew what questions to ask, she knew answers to my questions, and she knew the market. From our first encounter to closing, I felt very confident everything would go smoothly, and, thanks to Ruth, it did! Her attention to detail was amazing. Even after closing, Ruth made me aware of things that I would need when it comes tax time. From beginning to end, she was there!

Michele deserves more then 5 stares. Michele will help you with anything you need answers and she will always get the job done.

Eddie has been a great help to sell our home fast (2 weeks from first meeting him to accepting the best of 6 offers) and for a very good price. And not only he is good at what he does, but he is also a genuinely nice guy. Working with him has made me realize how bad my previous realtor was, and how useful a good realtor can be. I definitely recommend him for selling a home in the area.
