Joan was instrumental in guiding us through the complicated process of selling our home of 35 years. Although not first time buyers, we were definitely "newbies" after so many years. Marianne was absolutely AMAZING! She was always willing to answer any questions we had and was very thorough in everything she did. She never missed a beat! Pat is really terrific! I was no longer living in the area, and Pat did a lot of the on the ground legwork needed to sell a home. Filed forms with the town, dealt with the homeowners association, replaced the batteries in the fire alarms, etc. They just don’t get any better than Pat.

Nicole was to represent both the buyer and seller, but the entire transaction favored the buyer (her sister). As the Seller she forgot important documents and the closing was a disgrace. She also did not provide any guidance on the expectations of the seller causing me the loss of much time and monies. I hope this was a lesson learned on professionalism.
