We have worked with Elle many times over the years and she’s absolutely wonderful. We worked with Emil Demian on selling our house. He is very knowledgeable about the market, about areas, customers. He is very trustworthy and very eager to help. We had a difficult relocation situation where we moved out of the house already, and he worked all the details for us even us not being present there. He kept in touch, suggested many strategies for selling and he was always available, especially during marketing/open houses. He is an amazing person and a professional for what he does!!

We had been looking for a home with very narrow and specific criteria, and we started working with Meghan because we had heard she was the person who could make it happen! We worked together for over a year, and Meghan was incredibly patient, proactive, and helpful every step of the way. She also helped us sell our previous home, which could have been very challenging as we put it on the market when we had just come home with a newborn.
