My fiance and I began our house search several months ago. After dealing with a different company and realtor who didn't work out for us, Andrea was recommended to us. There aren't words strong enough to explain how wonderful an experience we had with Andrea. As a first time home buyer, I had a lot of questions. Nicole was to represent both the buyer and seller, but the entire transaction favored the buyer (her sister). As the Seller she forgot important documents and the closing was a disgrace. She also did not provide any guidance on the expectations of the seller causing me the loss of much time and monies. I hope this was a lesson learned on professionalism.
