She also helped us sell our previous home, which could have been very challenging as we put it on the market when we had just come home with a newborn. He was very patient and always rearranged his schedule to accommodate us traveling from out of town. He was quite helpful in the negotiations as well. He also provided great lists of contractors and others for use post close.
