If Tim did not immediately know an answer (and believe me, we asked him a LOT of questions!) he always was able to make a quick phone call to a colleague within The Collective to provide us with the most accurate, up-to-date information. Not only did we entrust Tim to purchase our home, but he was also able to then help us sell our family member's home in a very quick manner while maximizing our overall profits. If you have any reservation about whether to choose Tim as your next realtor, take this from someone who is always skeptical of reviews--You found him.

Jenna is truly a phenomenal agent. We were so glad we went with her to help us with the home buying process! Alene was extremely helpful through the entire process of selling our house. First she went through the contract so we understood what was involved in the sale of our house. She explained the contract in detail and since it had been a while since we had sold a house, she was happy to clarify and give examples so we understood what the contract terms meant. Then she went through the house with us and suggested areas for decluttering and artwork that might distract buyers so we could remove them. Once we were set to show the house, she had an open house for one weekend and the house was sold! Alene has a great sense of humor as well as a wealth of experience and knowledge about real estate.
