After the sale, he continued to help to close out the apartment and hand over to the buyer without any problems. Overall a pleasant and trustworthy agent.

Nicole was to represent both the buyer and seller, but the entire transaction favored the buyer (her sister). As the Seller she forgot important documents and the closing was a disgrace. She also did not provide any guidance on the expectations of the seller causing me the loss of much time and monies. I hope this was a lesson learned on professionalism.
