Nicole was to represent both the buyer and seller, but the entire transaction favored the buyer (her sister). As the Seller she forgot important documents and the closing was a disgrace. She also did not provide any guidance on the expectations of the seller causing me the loss of much time and monies. I hope this was a lesson learned on professionalism.

Today, I had the pleasure of closing on my real estate transaction, which was expertly handled by Agent Jewel Lerums. I seriously can’t say enough good things about Kate! She made my entire home-buying experience fun, smooth, and stress-free.
