Chad is an excellent person and realtor. He listens, and pays attention to what you are seeking and does everything he can to make the process comfortable. He is very knowledgeable while not hesitating to research what he doesn’t know, to make sure he is giving his client correct information. He is patient. He worked with me off and on over a year while I fluctuated on my need to purchase asap or wait a bit.
