We’ve just completed our 5th successful real estate transaction with Elle and we highly recommend her if you’re buying, selling or have rental property. She’s the best in the business!!! Elle is honest, responsive, pleasant, knowledgeable, and upbeat. She was always looking out for our best interest, was great at explaining things to us and always kept us in the loop. I cannot say enough about Karen and Ralph. They guided us in what we needed to change to sell and what to leave alone for the new owners to be able to add their personal touch. That really saved us so much time and money. Managing most things that needed done to the house on my own, their willingness to jump in and help when needed was not something most realtors wouldn't do. They got us the highest price possible, and the highest property sold in the development, so others who need to sell will benefit from our comp in the future. I've never sold a house in 2 days, and we have them to thank for that!
