Their marketing mailings were so effective and informative that I kept several years of them for future reference, “just in case.” And that need recently occurred, with a highly successful sale which closed this past Friday, having been on the market for only 13 days despite the brutal winter weather in early February. Michael is a seasoned professional having the respect and trust of not only me as his client, but other real estate professionals and industry consultants as well.
