We worked together for over a year, and Meghan was incredibly patient, proactive, and helpful every step of the way. She also helped us sell our previous home, which could have been very challenging as we put it on the market when we had just come home with a newborn. Michelle was a very accommodating realtor, who worked with my schedule very well and had a lower rate than some other realtors I talked to. Sometimes I felt like she pushed me to make offers somewhat aggressively, but when making offers Michelle very accurately judged what bids would win and managed to help me win a bid for 20k under asking.
