I seriously can’t say enough good things about Kate! She made my entire home-buying experience fun, smooth, and stress-free. I had never been to the PA/DE/MD area before, had a tight weekend schedule with a long (looooong) list of houses I wanted to see, and she managed to fit them all in without making it feel rushed or overwhelming. Her energy and organization were incredible. For me, what meant the most was how welcoming she was. Kate helped me understand the vibes of different communities in North and Central Delaware, answering all my (many) questions, was a steadying hand (literally) while climbing into attics, a fun partner in comedy when the unexpected popped up, and an all-around awesome person to work with. Tom was wonderful. We needed to list our house and sell within 2 weeks notice due to job relocation. We contacted Tom and he came to look at the house with all the comps for the area. We especially appreciated his transparency and realistic pricing strategies with our home. A couple days later he came back with a photographer who took amazing images of our home and the MLS was completed (with pics!) within 48 hours! We had showings for one week but with Tom's strategy could have sold the day we listed! As novice sellers, we appreciated the time Tom took to walk us through the pros and cons of all 6 (!!) offers that we had on the house. We moved out-of-state before the official signing date, and Tom could not have been more helpful with coordinating the extra steps that went into a signing where the sellers are not present. There were issues on the buyer's side during this process, and not once did it become our issue. Tom's many years of experience really showed with how professionally he dealt with these issues and how he advised us in this time. There is NO ONE I would recommend more highly if you want to sell your home. Tom is someone that works with you every step of the way! I am sure he puts the same effort in when representing buyers!!

I loved working with Fern. She was always available to me - nights, weekends, whenever. Fern was by Buyer's Agent and represented me exceptionally. The Seller Agent wanted to add an extra charge above $1,000, but Fern was able to get the charge deleted because the other Agent never put it in writing. I will use Fern again and will recommend her to friends.

After our initial meeting with Mr. Cohen and discussing our goal to sell the house, he helped us map out a timeline. Throughout the process, we felt confident in his ability to help us reach our goal because of his knowledge of the current market's climate and years of experience. Mr. Cohen was very good with communicating with us and keeping us up to date with feedback during the showings. His experience was evident when unexpected things came up because he had contacts and resources who were able to help us navigate the unanticipated challenges. Once an offer was received, he worked with us efficiently to have all of the documents completed in a timely manner. The fact that his agency uses the DocuSign process was great. This meant that we were successful in reaching our goal of having the house sold according to our original timeline. Also, the settlement process went very smoothly. Finally, we would highly recommend Mr. Cohen as the agent to choose, if you're interested in selling or purchasing a home.
