Grace helped us purchase our first home, sell our first home and purchase our second home, and now, most recently, sell our second home and purchase our forever dream home - a farmette! Grace is an excellent communicator with everyone involved in the process - other Realtors, inspectors, contractors, mortgage lenders etc - and she make it feel like you are her only client (not the case!). She guided us through the process (three times now!) from start to finish with professionalism and handled all the negotiations beautifully, even with some unexpected findings during the inspection process. First, I asked her if we got any offers. She never told me what offer she got. Just stated it wasn’t worth me writing up the offer. I felt I should know every offer that we got, regardless of what the amount was. I didn’t know whether it was better than the price we got. It ended up to be 54,000 less than our asking price. I feel she did not work for us the seller.
