Kat was extremely helpful in the sale of our property. For a couple of showings, we were away for the day and she took our dogs to the bag yard and stayed with them while the house was being viewed. After we moved to our new house, she went and opened the curtains for showings and then closed them at the end of the day. She was always very helpful and did whatever she could to assist us and make the house show in the best light. She is also very knowledgeable. We also used her to purchase our new home and she was very helpful and patient throughout that process. (We didn't fill out a survey for that transaction.)
