He had good answers to every question I had, and really cared about helping me with every aspect of the preparation to sell. He always retuned my calls promptly and worked around my schedule. Whenever I needed a recommendation for any sort of contractor, he gave me several options so I could make my own choice. He organized showings effectively, and when I accepted an offer, he guided me through every aspect of the requirements for the closing. He really did a superior job and I know I could honestly not have done this without his help. He is without doubt the best realtor I’ve worked with. I recommend him without reservation.
