Nicole was to represent both the buyer and seller, but the entire transaction favored the buyer (her sister). As the Seller she forgot important documents and the closing was a disgrace. She also did not provide any guidance on the expectations of the seller causing me the loss of much time and monies. I hope this was a lesson learned on professionalism.

Kenn worked tirelessly with us, both in selling our condo and finding an ideal house in King of Prussia. He is very knowledgeable about the market, and was readily available in our communications. Kenn was extremely perceptive and thorough in pointing out aspects of the homes we visited. He could not have been more helpful or conscientious.
