Carol has two major asserts as far as being a real estate agent. The first is that she listens to what you want as far as where you want to live. Prior agents decided that they know what I wanted more than I did and did not listen to me. I wanted to live in a community with retirees who wanted to do things. She found me a community with over 55 year old residents who were very active and who continually went outside to exercise and enjoy the beautiful weather we have been enjoing. They go to restaurants and other eating establishments as well as super markets to purchase food and necessities for their homes. The current residents take me with them to help me learn about different places and the advantages or detractions of each. The second asset which Carol has is that she is the hardest working real estate agent I have ever met or worked with. Her energy level is amazing. If she says she will pick you up at 9:00 AM, you had better be ready since she will be there. She finds the answers to all your questions about the unit she is showing you and tells you all the good points and the bad points so that you are entering into negotiations with knowledge on your side. She is honest and forthright. You can rely on her descriptions of the conditions of the unit and how actious the seller is to want to sell the unit. I have recommended Carol to people I know who want to buy Florida real estate without fear that she will mislead them. This is actually the second time we have used Mary and she will always be our go to. The sale of our house happened so fast and so smooth. From day one, she made recommendations to us to help with the sale of our house which we did everything she asked and it made a huge difference. Our house was under contract within a couple weeks. Finding our new house was quite the ordeal but Mary was there every step of the way. We must have seen at least 50 houses with her. We all know how rough the market is right now especially after bidding on several houses and losing but she helped us to find our dream home which we were meant to be in. There are thousands of realtors out there but there is only one Mary. Yontia was great with selling my house. Was very personable and listened to my needs and wants with selling the house. We were able to sell quick and everything was smooth.

Mary took control and started to sell my house 30 minutes after walking the property, she kept me updated on every email and phone call that was made if I did not understand she would take the time no matter how long or what time of the day to explain and make sure I understood everything. Any and all decisions she left up to me as we would discuss the positives and negatives and come to a perfect solution for selling my property. Mary went above and beyond what I could have ever ask in an agent she not only sold my property for above asking price she sold my house in less than two months.
