Annette SAVED my sale when the buyers agent totally messed up the buyers mortgage. Because Annette has a lot of experience, both as a buyers and sellers agent, she was able to write documents that should have been written by the buyers agent in order to satisfy the buyers mortgage company. In addition, her attention to detail made sure I was totally covered in all situations. If you want the best, you need Annette.

Scott Funk was great to work with and we will surely recommend him to any local friends and family that need a real estate agent! My wife first connected with Scott via Zillow and we are glad we met him! We instantly meshed and felt like he understood us, our goals, and our needs. From there it was a seamless relationship where Scott went out of his way to be available for us for showings. We really appreciated it! When it came down to making and closing an offer, Scott provided great advice and counsel, yet was always open to our thoughts and direction. In the end we found our perfect house and got a fair deal. Scott then helped us maintain a good relationship with the sellers to make it an easy and seamless transition. My wife and I appreciate all Scott Funk did for us and we will definitely spread the word!

Walked me through almost everything, helped me understand the process as we went through it.
