I cannot say enough about Karen and Ralph. They guided us in what we needed to change to sell and what to leave alone for the new owners to be able to add their personal touch. That really saved us so much time and money. Managing most things that needed done to the house on my own, their willingness to jump in and help when needed was not something most realtors wouldn't do. They got us the highest price possible, and the highest property sold in the development, so others who need to sell will benefit from our comp in the future. I've never sold a house in 2 days, and we have them to thank for that!

We are so thankful that we worked with Colleen on both the sale of our house and the purchase of our new home. I never doubted that we were in capable hands who would help us reach the best outcome. She was responsive to our concerns and questions (and we had quite a few!) and I never felt like we were a burden when reaching out. Although we bought new construction, I am grateful that we had her guidance along the way.
