I hardly ever write reviews but I was compelled to write this one based on the outstanding service I received both selling my house and purchasing another with Mark Shay. First late me say how impressed I am at the fact the Mark always answers his phone and responds to emails almost instantly. Besides this Mark is extremely knowledgeable and constantly goes above and beyond. He mowed my lawn one day and took in my trash cans. I never felt rushed or anxious to make a decision and enjoyed ever step of the process. I couldn't recommend Mark any more highly.

I could not imagine getting through this without Sabrina. We had to find a home very fast in a crazy market, it seemed impossible at the time. She was there for us from start to finish. Anytime I needed anything she quickly responded. If she could not directly help she would either ask her peers or give me a list of resources that could assist me. I was under alot of stress and I was not easy to deal with but Sabrina stayed profesional and couteous. She used her knowledge to encouraged me to move in all of the right directions. I truly belive her guidence is the only way I was able to get through it. Somehow despite all of the obstacles she managed to help us find the perfect home in the perfect location and close in 30 days. She went above and beyond. I could tell she really cared. She wanted to see my family in a good home, and now we are. Thank you Sabrina!
