Shane also went out of his way to help clear an issue with the lenders appraisal. This was important as I was more than 5 hours away from the location. Post sale Shane was also extremely helpful in providing referrals to local contractors he had direct knowledge of. I would certainly work with Shane again should the need arise.

Shane was very helpful in driving to the property several times to help us out and put us in touch with all the right people in that area for inspections, septic, water, etc. Shane was helpful through the whole process and even offered to facetime us to do the final walk through to save us the drive.
