Danielle did a great job selling my home. her photos were fantastic! got multiple offers right away. I was wary that I wouldn't get a good price for the home but she told me she knew the area and what I could sell it for and that week I sold my home for the price I wanted.

Nicole was to represent both the buyer and seller, but the entire transaction favored the buyer (her sister). As the Seller she forgot important documents and the closing was a disgrace. She also did not provide any guidance on the expectations of the seller causing me the loss of much time and monies. I hope this was a lesson learned on professionalism.
