Clay was instrumental in guiding us through the process of selling the house we called home for 23 years. He responded to any issues quickly and never made us feel like we were asking stupid questions ... also talked us off the ledge a few times!

Nicole was to represent both the buyer and seller, but the entire transaction favored the buyer (her sister). As the Seller she forgot important documents and the closing was a disgrace. She also did not provide any guidance on the expectations of the seller causing me the loss of much time and monies. I hope this was a lesson learned on professionalism.
