Nicole was to represent both the buyer and seller, but the entire transaction favored the buyer (her sister). As the Seller she forgot important documents and the closing was a disgrace. She also did not provide any guidance on the expectations of the seller causing me the loss of much time and monies. I hope this was a lesson learned on professionalism.

I highly recommend Tammy Audy as a real state agent to anyone looking for the American Dream. Owning a house, she did a wonderful job through the entire process and believes me it was a very long process. But she was always there to make sure that we get what we wanted.
