Steve worked with me and my girlfriend looking at homes. We wanted certain things for the best price we could get. That's exactly what Steve found. He worked around our schedule which must have been a pain, but it got done. The only hard part was my lender, they weren't aggressive enough to get the job done in time for closing. Jermaine Is one of the realist agents you’ll find ! we had told him what we were looking for and he was honest about all the homes we looked at . He wasn’t focused on him getting us to buy a home , he was focused on making sure it was what we wanted and even gave some of his honest opinions of the different properties. He has an amazing personality and wasn’t rude once to us . I will forever be thankful for him and his work and years down the road if we move again we will use him as our agent again .
