Selling our house after 45 years not to mention the need to down-size was all new to us. The best decision we made was to engage Kim as our realtor. Our stress level over the process was quickly defused because of her knowledge of every aspect of what we needed to do and how best to do it. It included the listing requirements, how to set up for the open house, have an estate sale and her help on the need to down-size was over and above all our expectations.
