Mike made our first home buying such an easy process. Honestly didn’t know how great he was until some friends of ours started looking for houses and had only terrible things to say about their experiences. We weren’t even sure we were fully ready to buy a house but with Mike, it became so easy and we couldn’t be happier!!

Nicole was to represent both the buyer and seller, but the entire transaction favored the buyer (her sister). As the Seller she forgot important documents and the closing was a disgrace. She also did not provide any guidance on the expectations of the seller causing me the loss of much time and monies. I hope this was a lesson learned on professionalism.
