He was very patient and always rearranged his schedule to accommodate us traveling from out of town. He was quite helpful in the negotiations as well. He also provided great lists of contractors and others for use post close.

Mark listened to our desire and goals of not wanting to put money into the house and just wanting to sell the house for a fair market price. He gave us tips of what to do to make it presentable for sale and never rushed us. He let us go at our pace and always checked in on us to see how we were doing to get the house ready. He took into consideration other houses comparable to ours and came up with a fair price that we agreed on. He was very personable and got back to us quickly when we had questions. Once the house was on the market, he kept us in the loop as to when people had appointments to look at our house.
