I was fortunate to have Paul Orzel as my agent when looking to purchase a home. I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy any real estate. When I decided to purchase a house later in life, I knew nothing about how much the process had changed and what was involved. I must say that it was very intimidating, and there was so much information that I needed to be made aware of. Paul is very knowledgeable and explained everything to me step-by-step very patiently…because I asked so many questions and some repetitively that I actually felt that I was being very annoying, but he never made me feel that way and he was always positive and informative and helpful and kind. It really made the lengthly process issue free and alleviated all normal concerns and potential stress that a home buyer may have. I can’t thank him enough for being intregal in helping me reach my dream of becoming a home owner again!

Jolene was extremely helpful from start to finish. She was fast to reply, give extra information, and always maintained a very open and honest line of communication. All my questions were answered with great detail along with examples of different potential future impacts based on the current state of the homes we looked at. The home we ultimately picked is wonderful and Jolene made the whole processes was less intimating than folks told me the home buying process would be.
