Nicole was to represent both the buyer and seller, but the entire transaction favored the buyer (her sister). As the Seller she forgot important documents and the closing was a disgrace. She also did not provide any guidance on the expectations of the seller causing me the loss of much time and monies. I hope this was a lesson learned on professionalism.

Susan was incredible, she had knowledge of the area, she would be ready at any moment to look at a house, and she helped us feel comfortable about buying our first home. She truly cared about our experience and about the final product, we could tell she sincerely wanted us to find the perfect home.
