As first-time homebuyers, we had a LOT of questions, and Tammy was there for us every step of the way. She was patient, knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely cared about finding the right home for our family. She never made us feel pressured and always made sure we understood what was happening throughout the process. Buying our first home was such a huge and emotional milestone for our family, and we are so grateful we had Tammy in our corner. She helped turn something we had dreamed and prayed for into a reality! If you’re looking for a realtor who truly cares about her clients, Tammy is your girl! We couldn’t have asked for anyone better.

Nicole was to represent both the buyer and seller, but the entire transaction favored the buyer (her sister). As the Seller she forgot important documents and the closing was a disgrace. She also did not provide any guidance on the expectations of the seller causing me the loss of much time and monies. I hope this was a lesson learned on professionalism.

Bill has helped us look at other properties prior to purchasing this one. He always makes himself available and he offers good advise. We’ll use his services in the future!
