Yvonne was very cheerful and had a positive attitude that the house would sell quickly. I felt very comfortable with her and what her plans were to sell the home. She make suggestions how to prepare and setup for an open house (even with packed boxes in view). Yvonne provided some water and munchies available for prospective buyers which helps to delay the guests exit & also spend more time with inquiries for info regarding the home and property. Yvonne was very aware of selling prices for the time and location.

With 12 years of experience, His compassion, love for real estate and overall sense and ability of truly just wanting to help people, shine through and are made obvious from the very first time you meet him. My entire family has now used him as their realtor. I have used other realtors in the past, Brent Hill, BY FAR, is hands down the best! I will NEVER use another agent again. The thought of finding a new home, when you live out-of-state, creates that “state” of high anxiety. Once you meet Abby, there is that feeling of talking with a friend. There is the professional and knowledgeable side of Abby, but also the personable and confident side. One who is caring and focused on helping you. A very comforting feeling. She has a good understanding of the present-day market. She will spend time questioning the client as to their needs, wants and desires. While our thoughts were of a single home, she injected thought of a duplex. This discussion produced a list of candidates (single and duplex) to visit. She was able to get us into a house (a duplex) the day it went on the market. It was everything we could have imagined as our new home. Abby suggested an inspector and an appraiser that she had worked with on numerous occasions. Both men were very detailed in preparing their reports. She kept me updated and answered questions, sometimes even before they were asked! She fully explained the process and provided a time schedule for the various events. Everything went smoothly from getting loan approval to closing because of the time and effort Abby put in. The offer we made may not have been the highest, but it was written to reflect our desire for the house along with the willingness to work with the seller. It did the trick – we won the bidding war! Our offer was the most favorable to the seller. She definitely knows how to sweeten the deal!
