First Time Homebuyer's Dream Agent

Alison was great to us from the very beginning. Being a first time homebuyer, she was very patient with us and all of our questions and concerns. Although we are one of her first clients, she took the time to get answers to our questions that she didn't know off-hand. I was very impressed with her knowledge with being new to the industry. Our offer and closing process was much faster than we ever anticipated due to a variety of factors. All throughout the process Alison was very timely with her communication and responsibilities. At closing, she even went as far as providing us with some amazing welcome gifts that we could use in our new home. We are so appreciative of Alison and all her hard work to make our dream home purchase a breeze.

Josh remained patient with me for nearly 2 years as I looked at numerous houses which were not a good fit or I was out bid. Once everything came together, Josh made the process of buying very seamless. When it came to selling my property, he made the process just as easy. He even provided hands on assistance in helping me address some of items noted by the inspector. If you are looking for a realtor who is willing to “get dirty” to get things done while simplifying the process, Josh is your realtor.
