she checked in with us often as to the progress of getting the house ready for pictures. she knows what potential buyers are looking for in a house. she was extremely professional, but also understands the emotions your have when selling your home.

Stuart helped us purchase our first home! She was able to help us understand all sides of buying a home. She helped calm nerves and gave us great guidance when we put an offer on our home and again through the closing process. We couldn’t be more grateful for her and her expertise.

Many procedures for selling a house have changed since we last bought and sold a property. Stuart was very patient and thorough in helping us to come up to speed. Her advice was excellent and she demonstrated a very complete and useful knowledge of the market in our area. We always felt safe and confident in her guidance of our decisions. Stuart kept us up to date on all the issues and called us promptly when things changed or decisions were needed. I could always reach her by phone when we needed help. She guided us well in finding compromises for problems with the buyers' issues and complaints.
